NATURAL BORN CITIZEN

Our current President, may have been born in the United States. His mother was an American citizen, but his father was a national from Kenya. Does this make him a Natural Born Citizen? The fourteenth amendment requires that a President must be. The founders of this Country were concerned that foreign influence might destroy what they had fought for, that's why the Natural Born Citizen was included as a requirement. This is also the reason we have an electoral college. The Supreme Court has never ruled on what is meant by Natural Born Citizen. A Georgia judge recently passed wind on placing President Obama on the Georgia ballot. He determined his name could be placed on the ballot, because anyone born in the United States was a citizen. The framers of the Constitution could have saved some ink and just wrote citizen. I guess an iliegial alien could sneak across the border spend one day, have a baby, go back to her homeland, and as long as he or she resided in the United States fourteen years, and was thirty-five could be President.
