If ICE and the TSA would swap the country would be better secured. ICE could profile potential passengers on airplanes. They could look at them, and ask them questions to see if they were suitable to fly. The TSA could be posted on our Southern border, they could ask everyone for picture ID, and pat them down. Maybe we should think about swapping the ATFE and FEMA. FEMA has many restrictive regulations before food and shelter can be provided. ATFE provides guns to Countries with no strings attached.
